LE VIN HISTORIQUE DE LA FAMILLE ⏐ AOC HAUT-MÉDOC ⏐ Véritable navire amiral des Domaines Fabre, le Château Lamothe-Cissac a été acquis par Gabriel Fabre notre grand père en 1964. Situé à Cissac-Médoc, notre vignoble bénéficie de sols argilo-calcaires et de graves profondes, à proximité des appellations Pauillac et Saint-Estèphe.
Créée à l’occasion du festival BD & Vin, Bulles en Médoc 2025, cette édition spéciale est née de la collaboration entre les Domaines Fabre et l’illustrateur Olivier Jolivet. Son œuvre originale représente le Château Lamothe-Cissac survolé par un avion, un clin d’œil à Vincent Fabre, propriétaire du domaine et pilote passionné. Produite en tirage limité à 1 000 bouteilles, cette cuvée collector célèbre la rencontre entre l’art et le patrimoine viticole médocain.
NOTRE MERLOT CHANGE DE COULEUR ⏐ VIN DE FRANCE ⏐ Nouveau vin blanc des Domaines Fabre, ce blanc de noirs 100 % Merlot se distingue par sa fraîcheur et ses notes expressives d’agrumes. Une cuvée audacieuse qui explore une nouvelle expression de nos terroirs tout en restant fidèle à l’identité médocaine.
NOTRE JARDIN SUR UNE ÉTOILE ⏐ AOC MARGAUX ⏐ À l’abri des regards, sur seulement 4,5 hectares de graves sur argile, ce Cru Bourgeois de l’appellation Margaux cultive son caractère avec soin. Un vignoble confidentiel où chaque parcelle révèle toute la finesse et la profondeur de son terroir.
LE MALBEC À L’ÉTAT PUR ⏐ AOC HAUT-MÉDOC ⏐ Fabre On The Rocks sort des sentiers battus bordelais. Ici, pas de Cabernet Sauvignon ni de Merlot : place au Malbec, cultivé sur une parcelle unique installée sur une belle croupe ponctuée de cailloux calcaires, un terroir qui lui convient à merveille.
ZERO SULPHITES ADDED CUVÉE We add no sulphites during the vinification of this cuvée. Another original feature: it contains 100% Cabernet Sauvignon.

BEAUTIFUL CEPS OVER 70 YEARS OLD The oldest vines of Château Lamothe-Cissac are destined for this prestigious cuvée. The majority of these plots were planted in the 1950s.

AN EXCEPTIONAL CUVÉE An official map dated 1876 lists 76 plots for a 30-hectare vineyard. Today, the estate still includes these same plots and thus benefits from a unique terroir. But a great terroir is nothing without the talent and experience of the winegrower/winemaker who will know how to make the most of it. From the 2010 vintage, a unique opportunity presented itself to create an exceptional cuvée, an opportunity seized by Vincent FABRE by selecting the best plots of this terroir. Heritage of Lamothe- 1876 was born.
